Quirky Voices Presents
Hello there
This the podcast feed for an eclectic and wonderous creative mix of podcasts under the Quirky Voices Presents banner.
Welcome!I have an interview show / MADIVA podcast (Modern Audio Drama Indie Voice Acting) and this is focused on exploring the craft of voice acting through interviews with working Va’s, producers, Showrunners and directors.
Anyone F’Coffee is a women’s health podcast hybrid audio drama / interview show.I wrote it and it stars women who actually suffer from the conditions explored, and are interviewed about it, as well as a medical professional or charity pro interview giving signposting for advice.
Other shows in the feed include TEDDY STORY
Join Lucas and Maisie in wonderful adventures with their Teddies. Journey through portals and magnificent twisting turning and loop the loop slides to far flung places with chocolate houses and dragons and clumsy unicorns and forgetful marshmallow cloud men and Mermaids who are afraid of the water....such fun! Stories narrated by Sarah Golding and with the occasional guest stars....fun times ahead! “Wait for meeee Tedddyyyy!”

MADIVA 312 - JACK BOWMAN DIRECTING VOICE ACTORS & CIRCLES - PART 1
Helleaauuu
(ANNOUNCER VOICE) HERE, FOR YOUR DELECTATION AND DELIGHT, IS THEEE MOST EXCITIIIINNNNG OF MADIVA EPISODES ON DIRECTING VOICE ACTORS WITH
THE AMAZIIIIIIIIIING JACK ...BOWMAN!!
And yes, I introduced him like a wizard / magician, because, quite frankly, he is!
I was hugely made up to finally talk to Jack about one of his many hat wearing skills in audio -that of the role of director. In this episode, we discover his way in to directing ( very much from acting routes/roots), his inspirations and his motivations to being the best director he can be, AND share his best practice in seeking out wonderous performances from his casts of audio joy.
There is a treat in store with actual audio from the real life remote recording we did of the brilliant fun horror CIRCLES -Created by Brendon Connelly. Co-written by James Field and James MacDonald (you can listen here to the actual show if ya wanna)
I had a vvvvvv small icicle cameo with the lovely Karim Kronfli and also asked the other folks whose voices you hear, if it was ok to share this (and they said yes!) so you can also hear Tal Minear, and Beth Eyre, who are , quite frankly, LEGENDARY. Thank you to them for their awesome too!
There is an episode 2 to this chat - which is currently with my patreons so doooo join them to hear the next installment STRAIGHT AFTER you've listened to this one if ya wanna!
THANK YOU TO MY PATREONS FOR THEIR FABULOUS SUPPORT. I truly would not have released these episodes without them. FANKS X
